It is important to us that you know how to operate your instruments properly, that you receive the support you need for your particular application, and – should the need arise – that you receive prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable customer support. Hence all of the instruments are presented with 10 years of the following customer-support services:
Installation & Operation:
Performed on-site by a certified and trained technician, these services are designed to ensure the validity of data from an instrument used in a process. We recommend that you schedule these services during the initial system installation.
Training:
Performed in Fazar Tajhiz or your facility by our factory-trained technicians, your initial training is part of Fazar Tajhiz's services. Certificate of training is issued at customer's request.
Service and Calibration:
We repair and calibrate all supplied instruments in our service department using the spare kits and the standard calibration cylinders available in our company. Calibration certificates issued by Fazar Tajhiz are acceptable to International Standard Organization (ISO).
Supplying Spare Parts:
Various spare parts are available in our company for immediate replacements or will be supplied in a few days for special cases.
Technical Support:
Out staff are always ready to provide you with the answers of your questions raised about our instruments and to be consulted about set up, calibration, repair, etc. for the equipment operating in customers’ sites.
